The Cyclone2X is fully guaranteed for thirty days against any breakage due to normal wear and tear. We commit to sending you a new Cyclone2X, and you will only pay for the shipping costs. For manufacturing defects, please send us photos of the product with the identified issue. After evaluation, if conclusive, we will send you a new Cyclone2X free of charge, without shipping fees.
Before ordering, make sure that the nozzle of your leaf blower is 2" to 4" in diameter and circular. SouffleFort does not offer refunds if you have not checked the compatibility of the Cyclone2X with your leaf blower beforehand.

To prevent the packaging or product from being damaged, it is highly recommended to place the Cyclone2X in its original packaging, then place it in a bubble envelope, another box, or wrap it well with plastic film.
All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as received, without modifications or damages caused by misuse. SouffleFort reserves the right, with photographic proof, to refuse a full or partial refund if the product or packaging is damaged to the point of being unusable or if its resale value is diminished.
Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the date of receipt of your item. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
For reseller customers, please return to your place of purchase for an exchange.
For online purchases, a new Cyclone2X will be sent to you. Please note that SouffleFort does not cover shipping costs.
