In 1989, Érick Lecocq started his business with Hydro Jet Sherbrooke, a company specializing in surface cleaning and preparation using high-pressure water jets or sandblasting. The company built a solid reputation in the Estrie region (Sherbrooke, Magog, Granby, Bromont) as well as in major cities like Montreal, Quebec City, and Toronto.

The numerous projects led the company to showcase its expertise by inventing specialized systems or tools to overcome encountered challenges. In 2020, Érick Lecocq discovered, during a game with friends, the physical phenomenon of the venturi effect. At that moment, he made a direct connection to leaf blowers. He decided to work on an accessory that would increase the blower's efficiency and facilitate the user's daily work.
